How do I pay for public charging for my Ford Electric Vehicle?
To pay for a charge session automatically at Electrify America or Tesla Supercharger stations on the BlueOval™* Charge Network, leave Plug & Charge enabled in FordPass®**.
If you disabled Plug & Charge, you can still pay for your charge sessions using FordPass or the Public Charging App on your vehicle's touchscreen.
Important:
- You must activate your BlueOval Charge Network account.
- If a charger is out of network, you will not be able to pay for your session with the payment method on your Ford account. Follow the payment instructions at the charging site.
