Enjoy connectivity virtually anywhere when you use your activated vehicle modem and add mobile Wi-Fi® hotspot capabilities to your Ford vehicle. The first step is seeing if you’re eligible.
Activate Your Trial
Download the Ford app and activate your vehicle’s modem.
- In the Ford app, select the picture of the vehicle, or the vehicle icon in the navigation, to access the vehicle menu.
- Scroll down until you find the Vehicle Hotspot icon.
- Select the “Manage my account” button. You’ll be directed to the AT&T connected car page to signup for your trial.
- Follow the steps provided by the carrier to sign up and begin your complimentary Wi-Fi hotspot data trial. No credit card required.
- Your trial will remain active for 3 months or when 3GB of data is used, whichever comes first. To ensure you don’t lose service, sign up and learn about wireless data plans from AT&T here.
