Who leaves ratings and reviews?
Ratings and reviews are provided by customers who have either purchased a vehicle or visited a dealership for service.
How are ratings and reviews collected?
Customers are invited to participate in a survey administered by MaritzCX, an independent, third-party supplier.
Can dealerships edit or remove reviews?
No. Ford personnel and/or dealership personnel cannot modify or remove reviews.
Are reviews modified or monitored before being published?
MaritzCX moderates public reviews to ensure they contain content that meet Review guidelines, such as:
‣No Profanity or inappropriate defamatory remarks
‣Fraud
‣No Personal Identifying information (e.g., customer phone number or email)
‣No Competitor references (e.g., another brand or dealership)
‣Dangerous behavior (e.g. threatening to harm employees or others)
‣Lack of adequate text (e.g., symbols, emoji’s and random letters)

Safety Risk
Incorrect information on the tread label may result in the vehicle being overloaded. A vehicle which is loaded beyond its load carrying capacity may have an increased risk of a crash.

Included with this letter is the tread label for your vehicle along with installation instructions should you wish to install the label yourself. If you prefer to have your dealer install the tread label, call your dealer and ask for a service date for compliance recall 23C18 to install the tread label. On your vehicle, it may be possible that terminals in an inline connector were misaligned during assembly, which may result in a loss of function in both left and right rear tail lamps. In this condition, your vehicle will exhibit a rapidly flashing turn signal indicator on the instrument cluster when your turn signal is used.
Safety Risk
Your rear tail lamps may not illuminate. This includes the stop, turn, rear position, and backup lamps, which can reduce the vehicle's visibility and may not fully alert other drivers that the vehicle is braking, turning, or reversing, increasing the risk of crash. The center high mounted stop lamp (chmsl) is not affected. The loss of rear tail lamps could be intermittent.
Remedy
Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to inspect connector C422, checking for any terminal push out, and if necessary replace the hard-shell connector free of charge (parts and labor). Simultaneously, a continuity check will be performed on ground circuit, from tail light to connector C422.

The driver may experience the following if this condition occurs. Unintended vehicle movement or roll away, if the parking brake is not applied, increasing the risk of a crash or injury. When exiting the vehicle, the ignition key (if equipped) can be removed and may not provide an instrument panel warning message or chime indicating that the transmission is not in park.the transmission gear as displayed in the instrument cluster may be different than indicated by the position of the transmission shift lever. No ability to restart the vehicle, unless the transmission gear as displayed in the instrument cluster is park or neutral. These conditions increase the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy
Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to inspect your transmission selector lever cable clip. If the clip is not properly seated, a technician will repair your vehicle by adjusting the shifter cable and securing the locking clip free of charge (parts and labor).
