Description
On your vehicle, it may be possible the passenger airbag disable indicator padi lamp may become dislodged inside the instrument panel.
Safety Risk
A padi lamp that becomes dislodged may not be visible to the driver and passengers. As a result, they may not know whether the passenger airbag is on or off, potentially increasing the risk of passenger injury in a crash.
Remedy
Parts are now available to repair your vehicle. Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to install clips to further secure the padi lamp in the instrument bezel free of charge.
