Description
On your vehicle, if the high voltage battery service disconnect access panel located behind the rear seat is removed, it may be possible to make contact with an uncovered high voltage fuse through a small gap.
Safety Risk
Potential contact with high voltage sources increases the risk of injury.
Remedy
Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to install a protective cover over the fuses inside the high voltage battery compartment free of charge parts and labor.
