Your vehicle may have been produced with loose or missing second row left-hand or right-hand seat belt retractor anchor bolts to the floor.
Safety Risk
An improperly secured seat belt retractor may inadequately restrain an occupant in a crash, increasing the risk of injury. You may also notice a rattle noise caused by a lower anchor that is not properly secured.
Remedy
Parts are available to repair your vehicle. Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to inspect, torque andor install the left-hand andor right-hand second row seat belt retractor floor bolts free of charge.
