No. Ford personnel and/or dealership personnel cannot modify or remove reviews.

According to fords records, the remedy software for 20S20 may not have been installed correctly during a prior dealership visit. Because the correct software may not have been installed on your vehicle, the underlying condition specified in 20S20 may still exist. On your vehicle, the pre-collision assist system is not functional. As a result, the following features are not available - forward collision warning - dynamic brake support - automatic emergency braking. This condition may also prevent notifications to the driver that the features are inoperative.
Safety Risk
This may result in an inoperative pre-collision assist system that may not detect or reduce the risk or severity of a frontal collision, increasing the risk of an injury or crash if the driver is relying on assistance from the system.
Remedy
Software is available to repair your vehicle. Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to reconfigure the affected modules free of charge. Your dealer will also perform an additional verification process to ensure that the software has installed correctly on your vehicle.

A clip that secures the transmission cable to the transmission may not be seated properly.
Safety Risk
The driver may experience the following if this condition occurs. Unintended vehicle movement or roll away, if the parking brake is not applied, increasing the risk of a crash or injury. When exiting the vehicle, the ignition key (if equipped) can be removed and may not provide an instrument panel warning message or chime indicating that the transmission is not in park.the transmission gear as displayed in the instrument cluster may be different than indicated by the position of the transmission shift lever. No ability to restart the vehicle, unless the transmission gear as displayed in the instrument cluster is park or neutral. These conditions increase the risk of a crash or injury.
Remedy
Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to inspect your transmission selector lever cable clip. If the clip is not properly seated, a technician will repair your vehicle by adjusting the shifter cable and securing the locking clip free of charge (parts and labor).
