Description
On your vehicle, the second row 60 percent seat-back frame may have a suspect child seat tether wire weld.
Safety Risk
Seat back assemblies with suspect child seat tether wire welds may experience degradation in tether anchorage load carrying capability. A child seat tether with a reduced load carrying capability can increase the risk of injury in a crash.
Remedy
Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to replace the second row 60 percent seat-back frame free of charge parts and labor.
