Description
On your vehicle, the driver seatbelt pretensioner anchor may have been improperly crimped, possibly causing a separation of the seat belt webbing during a crash.
Safety Risk
A seatbelt assembly with an improperly crimped pretensioner anchor may not adequately restrain the occupant in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy
Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to inspect and if necessary replace the driver seatbelt assembly free of charge (parts and labor).
