How do I authorize another user in the FordPass®* App?
You can authorize other users to have access to remote commands for your vehicle. When another user requests vehicle access, you will receive a message in your FordPass Message Center.
Authorize Another FordPass User
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Tap the Account screen.
- Scroll down and select the Message Center tile.
- Locate and select the Vehicle Access Request message.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Tap Yes to grant the user access to commands. FordPass will require you to enter your Username and Password to authenticate the access request.
- Tap No to reject the request. The denied user can request four more times after their first request. If the request is denied for all five requests, they will receive a Request Blocked message.
- Tap Next to complete the request.
