To set up your SYNC®* 4A or SYNC 4 Connected Navigation** trial, download the What is the FordPass App? and What features are available for Connected Vehicles when using the Ford app?. You will be automatically enrolled in the Connected Navigation trial once the modem is activated.
Note: Your vehicle must be equipped with SYNC 4A or SYNC 4. Refer to your window sticker or the SYNC Visual Reference Guide to see which generation of SYNC your vehicle is equipped with.
