Your warranty start date, also called the in-service date, is the date your new Ford vehicle was purchased or first put into service —such as a Ford Dealer demonstrator — whichever occurred first.
Note: If you are a California resident or purchased a vehicle from a California Dealer after July 1, 2023, including Dealer demonstrators and company service vehicles, the warranty start date and mileage begin on the date the vehicle is delivered to you.
