Refer - Obtaining an Owner's Manual

Online copies of Owner's Manuals (including Warranty Guides) are available on the Ford Support website by entering either your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or your vehicle's year and model.

To access your Owner's Manual in the Ford app:

1. Log in to the Ford app.
2. Navigate to the Service screen.
3. Tap Owner Manuals.
4. Insert VIN.
   
   Note: You can also search by Year and Model, or My Garage. 
    
5. Select the latest version of the Owner Manuals.

Note: Other reference material will be available to select, including your Quick Reference Guide, Supplemental Owner's Guide, Tire Warranty, and Warranty Guide. 

Digital Owner Manuals are available for SYNC 4A and SYNC 4 generations.

SYNC 4A

1. Navigate to the Application Drawer.
2. Select Owner’s Manual.

SYNC 4

1. Navigate to the Features screen.
2. Select Owner's Manual. 

Notes: 

• For both SYNC 4A and SYNC 4, the digital Owner’s Manual files will be updated through What are Software Updates?.
• If you need assistance identifying your SYNC generation, refer to the SYNC Visual Reference Guide.
