How can I view my original contract or lease agreement?

You can view your original contract or lease agreement by accessing Account Manager online or the Ford Credit Mobile App. Please note, a Digital Contract is available for contracts or lease agreements beginning in August 2019.

Overview

There are two ways to view your original contract or lease agreement. 

Account Manager Online

1. Go to accountmanager.ford.com.
2. Click Sign In to enter your username and password.
3. If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
4. If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to the Sign In button on the Ford Credit login page.
5. After you sign in, click Account Services.
6. Select Digital Contract, and then select View. The document will open in a new window.

Note: If the document does not open, ensure pop-up blocker is turned off, and try again.

Ford Credit Mobile App

1. Download the Ford Credit Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Once the app is downloaded, click Sign In to enter your username and password.
3. If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
4. If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to “Don’t have an account?” on the login page.
5. After you sign in, if you have a:
   • Retail account, select Financing Details.
   • Lease account, select Leasing Mileage, and then Lease Details.
6. Click Digital Contract.
7. Click Your Contract (PDF).

What if viewing your contract or lease agreement does not work?

If you cannot find your Digital Contract:

• Verify if your contract or lease agreement began before August 2019.
• Confirm if a Transfer of Equity/Lease has been processed on your account.

If either one is true, please contact customer support at 800-727-7000 to obtain a copy of your contract.
