Why aren't my FordPass® Rewards Points displaying in my account?

Ford vehicle purchases and service done at a Ford Dealer may be eligible to earn FordPass Rewards Points. If you do not see your Points, ensure the following:

Did you activate your modem within 60 days of purchase? 

  • Your modem must be activated within 60 days of purchase through the FordPass App on a smartphone.
  • The modem must remain active for at least 6 months after activation.

Has it been 30 days since you purchased your vehicle?

  • Buyers of non-modem equipped vehicles and Ford Blue Advantage vehicles will receive points after FordPass Rewards enrollment within 30 days of the vehicle sale. Visit a participating dealer for details. 
  • It can take up to 30 days for points to appear, depending on:
    • The vehicle sale report date from the dealership
    • The modem activation date
    • The date you joined FordPass Rewards

Did you join the FordPass Rewards program after the purchase of your vehicle?

  • When you accept terms and conditions for FordPass (either through the app or online), you are automatically enrolled in FordPass Rewards. 
  • Terms and conditions may be updated periodically. You will be prompted to review and sign new terms and conditions whenever there is an update.

Do you have another FordPass account or have more than one email address associated with FordPass?

If you have more than one FordPass account or have any problems with your email address(es), please contact a Guide.

Are you missing FordPass Rewards Service Points?

  • It can take up to 10 days for Rewards Points to appear.
  • Terms and conditions may be updated periodically. You must accept the latest terms and conditions. You will be prompted to review and sign new terms and conditions whenever there is an update.
