Your Ford vehicle’s touchscreen and your Ford app* give you real-time information about your Ford vehicle’s battery range, alerts you when the battery is low, lets you know the distance to empty and where you can find the closest charging stations. But if you ever run out of charge on the road, we’re here to help.
Call 1-800-241-3673 or use your Ford app to request Ford Roadside Assistance,** and we’ll tow your vehicle to one of three locations of your choice within 50 miles:
If you’re more than 50 miles from home, Roadside Assistance will tow your all-electric vehicle to the nearest charge station or Ford EV-certified dealer. This service comes with the purchase of your Ford electric vehicle and is good for the first five years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.
If you need Roadside Assistance while towing, Ford covers up to $200 to tow both the disabled vehicle and whatever you’re towing (as long as it's not livestock or flammable) to a secure location.
Winch out coverage is also available, as long as whatever you’re towing is not in standing water and is within 100 ft. (or 30 meters) from a paved or county-maintained surface.
We never want you to worry while you’re on the road, which is why Roadside Assistance offers these additional services:
