What should I do if my Android smartwatch is not working with the Ford app?

If you experience issues while using the Ford app on your Wear OS^™ Smartwatch, we recommend removing and reinstalling the app using the steps below.

Before you begin troubleshooting, ensure:

• Airplane Mode is off on all devices.
• Bluetooth^® and Wi-Fi^® are enabled on all devices.

Troubleshooting the Ford app on Your Android^™ Smartwatch

To remove the Ford app from your Wear OS device:

1. Press the Power button on your watch to wake up your device.
2. Hold the Power button again to open the menu of apps.
3. Scroll down and tap Google^™ Play Store.
4. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
5. Tap My Apps.
6. Select the Ford app.
7. Scroll to the bottom of your screen.
8. Tap Uninstall. 

To reinstall the Ford app on your Wear OS device:

1. Press the Power button on your watch to wake up your device.
2. Hold the Power button again to open the menu of apps.
3. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store.
4. Search for the Ford app.
5. Tap the app and follow the on-screen instructions.
