How do I lock and unlock my Ford charge station?

You can lock or unlock your Ford charge station using the Ford app. This helps ensure your charge station is not used while you are away or are not charging your vehicle. 

This feature is only available on the Ford Connected Charge Station and is not available on the Ford Charge Station Pro.

Locking and Unlocking Your Charge Station

1. Log in to your Ford app.
2. Select Energy.
3. Tap Charge station.
4. Press the Lock/Unlock slider.

Note: The Auto Unlock setting is enabled by default, automatically unlocking your charge station when your vehicle connects.
