Redeeming your rebates is easy
If you request a prepaid debit card, fulfillment will take 4–6 weeks. If you choose to have your rebate converted to Ford Rewards Points, your Points will appear in your account in a timely manner. Either way, we will email confirmation that your request has been submitted. You can always check the status of your claim on this site at any time.
Mail-in rebate claims take 6–8 weeks to process. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide status updates on mail-in rebate claims.

Where do i find my VIN?
Your vehicle identification number, or VIN, is a 17-digit alphanumeric code. You can typically find it in these three locations:
1. The driver’s side doorframe.
2. The lower, driver’s side corner of your windshield - viewable from outside your vehicle.
3. Your vehicle’s point of purchase documents, insurance card and registration form.
