Text messaging isn't working with SYNC®. What do I do?

If text messaging is not working on SYNC, try the troubleshooting tips below:

  • Restart your device
    • Turn off the device
    • Remove the device's battery (if applicable)
    • Turn on the device
    • Try using text messaging
