How do I schedule vehicle service in the Ford app?

Using the Ford app, you can schedule service appointments with participating Ford Dealers. You will see the Schedule online option if the Dealer has Online Service Booking services. 

Important: Before you begin, ensure you meet the following conditions:

• Your vehicle must be added to the Ford app.
• You must have a Preferred Dealer set.

Scheduling Vehicle Service

1. Log in to the Ford app.
   
   Important: If you have more than one vehicle added to your account, select the Vehicle Garage icon and choose the vehicle you would like serviced.
    
2. Tap the Tool icon to go to the Service dashboard.
3. Scroll to the Preferred Dealer section.
4. Select Schedule online.
   
   Note: If the option does not appear, the selected Dealer is not registered for Online Service Booking. You can tap Find another dealer to complete a new search. 
    
5. Follow the Dealer's site prompts and enter the information requested for your selected service(s).

If you need assistance during your booking, contact your Ford Dealer by tapping their name and Call dealer tile from the Service screen.
