How do I pay off my Ford Credit retail account?

You can pay off your Ford Credit retail account by mailing a check, accessing the Ford Credit Mobile App or Account Manager online.

Overview

There are three ways to pay off your Ford Credit retail account.

How to Pay Off Your Account

Select your preferred method from the options below.  

Ford Credit Mobile App

1. Download the Ford Credit Mobile App by searching for Ford Credit in the Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android.  
2. Once the app is downloaded, click Sign In to enter your username and password.
3. If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
4. If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to "Don't have an account?" on the login page.
5. After you sign in, select Payment Services.
6. Select the Vehicle Payoff.
7. Select payoff date and choose payment method if it is different from the default method.
   Note: Payoffs can only be scheduled up to 10 calendar days in advance.
8. Select Schedule Payoff Payment.
9. Review payment details and select Confirm Payment.

Account Manager Online

1. Go to accountmanager.ford.com
2. Click Sign In to enter your username and password.
3. If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
4. If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to the Sign In button.
5. After you sign in, select Vehicle Payoff, under Payoff Quote section.
6. Click Schedule Payoff Payment
7. Select Change under Payoff Payment Date. 
   Note: Payoffs can only be scheduled up to 10 calendar days in advance.
8. Select Change under Bank Account to choose payment method if it is different from the default method. Here you can add a new bank account, if applicable.
9. Select Make Payment.
10. Review payment details and select Confirm Payment.
11. Review the payment scheduled screen with your scheduled payoff details.

Mailing a Check

1. Use a personal or cashier's check.
2. Include your Ford Credit account number in the memo.
3. Mail your check to the following address:

Please note, we typically issue your paid-in-full documents within 7–10 business days of receiving the payoff. Please review your contact information provided within Account Manager and update if appropriate.
