What do I do if my vehicle's recall does not clear from FordPass?

If the alert banner still appears in FordPass®* after having a repair performed, use the steps below.

  1. Contact the Ford Dealer where your service was performed.
  2. Ask the Dealer to confirm if the repair order (RO) was closed out.  

Once the Dealer closes the RO in their system, the alert banner should be removed from the FordPass app. This takes typically 24 hours from when the RO was closed.
