Which remote features are available to use with my Apple Watch and FordPass?

When using your Apple® Watch with FordPass®*, you have direct access to some of your remote commands, including start and unlock. Review the details below for more information. 

Available Features with Apple Watch

  • Remote start**
  • Remote lock/unlock†
  • Remote activation of horn and lights
  • Vehicle location
  • Fuel level indicator (internal combustion engine [ICE] vehicles only)
  • Charging status (electric vehicles [EV] and plug-in hybrid vehicles only)
    • Unplugged 
    • Plugged
    • Target Charge

Note: Remote start and lock/unlock are only available on SYNC®††/FordPass® Connect‡ equipped vehicles.
