Ford Charge Station Pro

The Ford Charge Station Pro is designed for the F-150 Lightning, providing level 2 charging at your home. When combined with the available Home Integration System, the Ford Charge Station Pro enables bidirectional charging with Home Backup Power, turning your F-150 Lightning into a generator in case of a power outage. 

Note: The Ford Charge Station Pro can be used with the F-150 Lightning Standard Range, but is only recommended if you need Home Backup Power.

What charger gives me the fastest charging speed?

Level 2 chargers are the fastest chargers approved for residential installations. 

Individual charging speeds may vary and are generally impacted by three factors:

  • The charge station's amperage.
  • Your vehicle's onboard charger.
  • The size of wire and breaker in your installation.

Speak with a ceritified electrician who can assess the available capacity in your electrical panel and conduct the installation correctly and safely.

What if I want Home Backup Power?

If you are an F-150 Lightning customer who is interested in Home Backup Power, you will need to purchase and install the following:
