How do I renew my SYNC®* 4A Connected Navigation services?
Before the end of your SYNC 4A Navigation Services trial, you will receive alerts reminding you to renew your SYNC 4A Connected Navigation service**.
- Log into your Ford Account.
- Click on the Connected Services link associated with your vehicle. If the Connected Services icon is ON, you know that action is required.
- Select Renew.
- Click on Next to review your order and payment information.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Click Complete Purchase.
A receipt will be sent to you via your preferred communication method.
Note: Once purchased, the SYNC 4 Navigation package subscription is non-refundable.

How do I activate my SYNC Connected Navigation trial?
*Don’t drive while distracted or while using handheld devices. Use voice-operated systems when possible. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear. Not all features are compatible with all phones.
**Navigation services require SYNC®4 and FordPass® Connect (optional on select vehicles), complimentary connect service and the FordPass® App (see FordPass Terms for details). Customer receives a complimentary 90-day trial of navigation services when an eligible vehicle is added to a member’s FordPass account. Trial period begins on the new vehicle warranty start date. At the end of the complimentary period, navigation service will terminate.

Customer receives a complimentary 3-year trial of navigation services when an eligible vehicle is added to member’s FordPass account. Trial period begins with new vehicle warranty start date.
