Paying for Connected Services with Ford Rewards or Lincoln Access Rewards

To pay online:

1. Navigate to ford.com/connectedservices and select your country.
   
   Note: If you have a Lincoln vehicle, use Lincoln Connected Services.
    
2. Sign in with your Ford or Lincoln account.
3. Select Connected Services.
   
   Note: If you don’t see a vehicle, you’ll need to add one. If you have more than one vehicle, select the one you want to continue with.
    
4. Choose an available connected service available for your vehicle.
   
   Notes:

• Plans default to monthly, but you can switch to an annual plan if available by selecting Or save with Annual Plan.
• Annual plans let you apply points towards part or all of the first payment.
   

5. Select Ford Rewards or Lincoln Access Rewards.
6. Select Redeem a custom amount or Redeem full purchase price, then select Redeem Points.
   
   Notes:

• Points are treated as a discount, so tax applies only to any remaining balance.
• If you choose a monthly plan, points apply only to the first month.
   

7. Select Payment.
8. Select Confirm Purchase.
   You will still need to choose or add a payment method.

After checkout, you will see an order summary and receive a confirmation email. If you paid any portion in cash, you’ll earn points for that amount.

To pay in the app:

1. Open the Ford or Lincoln app.
2. Select Sign In.
3. Enter your credentials and select Sign In.
4. Select Browse and Manage Connected Services.
5. Choose a plan and select Buy.
   
   Notes:

• You will see a prompt if you have points available.
• If you don’t have enough points, you’ll still see your balance and how to earn more.

6. Review the terms and select Redeem.
7. Choose how many points to apply and select Redeem a custom amount or Redeem entire first payment, then select Update.
   
   Note: Tax applies only to any remaining balance.
    
8. Tap Select Payment.
9. Click Buy.

After checkout, you will see an order summary and receive a confirmation email. If you paid any portion in cash, you will earn points for that amount.
