How do I cancel my Ford BlueCruise subscription, and am I eligible for a refund?
You can use your Ford account to manage your BlueCruise plan.
Canceling a BlueCruise Subscription
You can cancel your BlueCruise subscription anytime through the Ford app or the Ford Support website.
The Ford App
- Open the Ford app and log in.
- Tap the Account icon.
- Select the Connected Services tile.
- Scroll down to BlueCruise feature and select Cancel Service.
- Tap Yes to complete the request.
Ford Support Website
- Go to the Ford Support website.
- Choose My Account and sign in with your Ford account credentials.
- Select Account and proceed to Connected Services.
- Scroll down to BlueCruise feature and select Cancel Service.
- Choose Yes to complete the request.
BlueCruise Refund Policy
- Refunds are available for cancellations completed within 14 days of order confirmation, and the service will end immediately.
- After the first 14 days, the service is non-refundable, and if you choose to cancel, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- There is a maximum of one refund per customer.
