How do I pay an amount other than what is showing due on my Ford Credit Account?

Change payment amount

1. After signing in to the mobile app, select the Make a payment button.
2. Select the Change Amount tile.
3. Select the payment type Custom Amount.
4. Enter the amount you want to pay.
5. Choose the Submit button.
6. Verify the date and bank account are accurate.
7. Select Agree and Pay.
8. You will land on the payment confirmation page.
9. Select the Back to home button to go back to the mobile app home page.
    

1. Sign in to Account Manager.
2. Select Make a Payment.
3. Select Change across from the Total Amount Due.
4. Select the option that best fits your needs (i.e. Other (Custom) Amount) and enter the amount you wish to pay.
5. Verify the date and bank account are accurate.
6. Select Agree and Pay button.
7. You will land on the payment confirmation page.
8. Select the Done button to go back to the Account Manager homepage.
