How do I find my payoff for my Ford Credit retail account?

If signing in from the Ford Credit Mobile App

For your convenience, the payoff is available online through the Ford Credit Mobile App for retail accounts only. 

Please follow these steps to view your payoff:

  1. Download the Ford Credit Mobile App by searching for Ford Credit in the Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play Store for Android.  
  2. Once installed, log in with your existing Ford account credentials.
  3. After signing in to the Ford Credit Mobile App, select the Payment Services tile.
  4. Select the Vehicle Payoff tile.
  5. Review the payoff amount.

To schedule a payoff payment, follow the steps below:

  1. Choose payment date.
    Note: System will default to same day and can be changed up to 10 calendar days out.
  2. Choose Payment method.
  3. Select Schedule Payoff Payment.
  4. On the next screen, click Confirm Payment.
  5. You will land on the Payment Scheduled screen. Click Back to Home. 

 

If signing in from Account Manager

For your convenience, the payoff is available online through Account Manager for retail accounts only.

Please follow these steps to view your payoff: 

  1. Sign in to the Ford Credit Account Manager by visiting accountmanager.ford.com.
  2. Click on Sign In to enter your username and password. If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.  If you do not have an account, click Create Account on the Ford Credit login page.
  3. After signing in to Account Manager, select View Payoff.
  4. On the Payoff Quote Details page, you can view the payoff. 

To schedule a payoff payment, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Schedule Payoff Payment and then select Make Payment.
  2. Select Change for Payoff Date, if applicable. Once the date is picked, click Update. 
    Note: System will default to same day and can be changed up to 10 calendar days out.
  3. Choose Payment method or add a new bank account.
  4. Select Confirm Payment.
  5. You will land on the Payment Scheduled Successfully screen. Click Back to Dashboard. 

Please note, we typically issue your paid-in-full documents within 7–10 business days of receiving the payoff. Please review your contact information provided within Account Manager and update if appropriate.
