How do I manage my messages in the FordPass®* App?
You can read or delete your messages in FordPass on the Account screen. Unread and new messages have a next to them for ease of access. Use the steps below for more details.
Accessing Messages in FordPass
Select your FordPass App experience below for steps on how to view or delete messages in the FordPass App.
Viewing Messages in the FordPass App 4.X Experience
To view messages in FordPass:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Select Message Center.
- Tap the respective message you want to view.
Note: Unread messages have a dot at the end of the subject line.

To view messages in FordPass:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Select Messages.
- Tap the respective message you want to view.

Deleting a Single Message in the FordPass App 4.X Experience
To delete messages in FordPass, use the steps below:
To delete a single message:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Select Message Center.
- Swipe to the left on the message you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
The message will be removed. You can also open the message and select Delete.
To delete multiple messages:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Select Message Center.
- Tap Edit in the upper right of the screen.
- Check each box next to the messages you want to remove. Tap Select All to remove all messages.
- Select the Trash icon to delete the messages.
- Tap Yes, Delete from on the pop-up to confirm your request.
Deleting Messages in the FordPass App 5.X Experience
To delete messages in FordPass, use the steps below:
To delete a single message:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Select the Messages box.
- Swipe to the left on the message you want to delete.
- Tap the Trash icon.
- Select Delete on the pop-up to confirm your request.
The message will be removed. You can also open the message and select Delete.
To delete multiple messages:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Select the Messages box.
- Tap Edit in the upper right of the screen.
Check each box next to the messages you want to remove.
Note: To delete the messages in bulk, press and hold the empty box above the message window, then tap Delete.
- Select the Trash icon to delete the messages.
- Tap Delete on the pop-up to confirm your request.
