What do I do if the BlueOval Charge Network charge starts but then disconnects prematurely?
- Unplug the cord from your vehicle, and make sure the station resets or goes back to the ready state.
- Plug the cord back into your vehicle.
- Activate the charger through the FordPass App.
- If it still does not work, try a different charger on location.
- If issues persist, call the phone number on the charging station.
