Connected Services* subscriptions must be activated via the Ford Connected Services website, which can be accessed directly or through the Ford app.
Important:
- Before you activate a Connected Services subscription, you must activate the vehicle's modem via the Ford app.
- The subscription cannot be transferred or refunded if you sell or trade in your vehicle.
Select the method you would like to use to enroll from the drop-down options below for instructions.
Using the Ford App
- Log in to the Ford app and launch the Home screen.
- Scroll down and tap the Connected Navigation tile under the Connected services heading.
- Select Activate. The Connected Services website will launch.
- Complete the payment process.
Using the Connect Services Website
- Log in to the Connected Services website.
- Scroll down to select Connected Services.
- Choose Manage My Services.
- Select Renew.
- Review the plan and choose Next.
- Read the Terms and Privacy Policy, and check the box indicating you agree.
- Select Confirm Purchase.
Note: The Confirm Purchase button will only be enabled once the Terms and Privacy Policy have been agreed to and the box selected.
Once Confirm Purchase is chosen, an order confirmation will appear on the screen. An email will also be sent to you stating that your order has been received. Another email will be sent once payment has been processed and the order is complete.
