What is the Ford Energy Rewards Puget Sound Energy Flex EV Program?

The Puget Sound Energy Flex EV Program offers Ford plug-in vehicle drivers rewards for allowing Ford to pause charging during forecasted high electricity demand, known as Flex events. Ford will send a stop charging command to your vehicle for the Flex event. Your vehicle will automatically resume charging at the end of the event, if needed.

You can override the Flex event if you need your vehicle to charge, but your incentive may be impacted. Incentives are based on how much energy you avoid using during Flex events.
