Ford Pickup & Delivery is a convenient and complimentary way to get your new or used vehicle serviced without having to leave home. Instead, our dealers will transport your vehicle to and from the dealership.

With Pickup & Delivery, a technician will pick up your vehicle at your home or office, service at the dealership, and drop it back off when service is complete.

Ford Pickup & Delivery is complimentary. * When you need service, your Ford Dealer will pick up and return your vehicle. Does not include parts or repair charges.

Ford Pickup & Delivery is offered by participating dealers and may be limited based on availability, distance, or other dealer-specified criteria. A nonoperational vehicle is not eligible and will require a Roadside event. Contact your preferred dealer to confirm service availability in your area.

All warranty and customer-pay repairs are eligible, as long as your vehicle is drivable, does not have a flat tire, and is not part of a roadside collision.

Not at this time. You can use Roadside Assistance if your vehicle is not drivable, has a flat tire, or has been part of a roadside collision.

Loaner vehicles are at the discretion of the dealership, so please confirm when you schedule your service. Alternative options may be offered as well.
