1. ELIGIBILITY: The Ford Mustang Drop Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license at the time of entry. Employees of Ford Motor Company (“Sponsor”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, promotional partners, sales representatives, and promotion and other vendor agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively “Released Parties”) and the immediate family (defined for the purposes of this Sweepstakes as parents, spouses, siblings, and children) and household members of all such employees, are NOT eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or win a Prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and Possessions, and where prohibited by law.
 
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on August 16, 2024, and ends at 9:00 p.m. EDT on August 19, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”).  
 
2. HOW TO ENTER:  During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must visit ford.com and locate the Mustang Drop Sweepstakes entry form page, or navigate directly to the page at https://ford.com/cars/mustang/mustang-60 (“Entry Form”), and complete the Entry Form by providing their first name, last name, mailing address, email address, and phone number in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes,

Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void.  Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries must be received by 9:00 p.m. EDT on August 19, 2024. Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid mailing address during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of entry method.

3. WINNER SELECTION: On or around August 20, 2024, Sponsor will randomly select two-hundred fifty (250) potential Prize (defined below) winners from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

 
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be contacted via email on or about August 21, 2024
 
The potential winners will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and/or, where lawful, a publicity release (“Winner Documents”) and agree to terms of purchase for the Vehicle (as defined below) within seven (7) days of date of initial notification.  If such documents are not returned and the agreement is not entered into within the specified time; prize notification is returned as undeliverable; Sponsor is unable to contact the potential winner; potential winner is ineligible for any reason; or potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, in Sponsor’s sole determination, such potential winner will forfeit their Prize and an alternate potential winner may be selected.  
 
5. PRIZES: There are a total of two-hundred fifty (250) prizes (each, a “Prize”) available. Each Prize consists of:

•    The opportunity for a selected winner to purchase one (1) limited edition Mustang 60th Anniversary vehicle (“Vehicle”). The Prize consists only of the opportunity to purchase the vehicle, NOT the Vehicle itself. The Prize has no cash value; the approximate Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of the Vehicle will be $65,000.
 
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all Prizes: No cash value.  

Potential winners will have seven (7) calendar days from the date of notification to agree to terms of purchase for the Vehicle with a participating Ford Dealer of potential winner’s choice. If a potential winner does not agree to the terms of purchase for the Vehicle within seven (7) calendar days, the potential winner will forfeit the Prize, and an alternate potential winner may be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
 
All non-winning eligible entrants will be assigned, as a result of the random drawing, a random position on a waiting list. In the event a Sweepstakes winner forfeits the Prize in accordance with Section 4 or 5 herein, or otherwise fails to claim the Prize, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries in numerical order or designate the Vehicle for authorized Ford dealer allocation. Non-winning eligible entrants will NOT be notified of their position on the waiting list and there is no guarantee that an entrant will receive the opportunity to purchase a Vehicle at any time. Sponsor reserves the right to allocate remaining Vehicle units to authorized Ford dealers at its sole discretion if not all units have been assigned as a result of the Sweepstakes within two (2) months (10/15/2024) of final winner notification.
 
6. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
 
All details of the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize (or portion thereof) with a similar prize (or prize element) of comparable or greater value.
 
Prize cannot be transferred or assigned by winner to a third party and are valid only for the items detailed above, with no substitution of the Prize by the winner.
 
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor is not responsible for errors of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or the announcement of Prize. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Entrants, by entering, agree that Sponsor will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the entrant’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
 
8. MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the announcement of winner.  Sponsor is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.  Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website.  Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such occurrence. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
 
9. ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will winner be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
 
10. CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
