WHAT IS COVERED
These warranty terms apply to the Ford Connected Charge Station and Ford Charge Station Pro (each, a “Ford Home Charging Product” or “Product”), as well as replacement parts for Ford Home Charging Products. Your Ford Home Charging Product includes a limited warranty by Ford Motor Company Limited (Ford) (Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited for purchasers in Canada) that covers original defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase, provided it is used for normal household purposes in accordance with the Product’s associated instructions, including but not limited to, the User Guides, Installation Manuals, and Operations Manuals, subject to What is Not Covered and Warranty Limitations and Exclusions provided below. You must retain your emailed purchase receipt or purchase confirmation to demonstrate proof of purchase for your Ford Home Charging Product. This warranty includes, at no extra cost to you, the parts necessary to perform a warrantable repair of your Ford Home Charging Product during the limited warranty period. Any replacement parts used to repair your Ford Home Charging Product will be covered under the limited warranty. Any replaced parts will become the property of Ford. Ford, at its discretion, may repair or replace your Ford Home Charging Product. Repair parts and/or replacement products may be either new or reconditioned at the discretion of Ford.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Ford shall not be liable for costs, damages, malfunction, or repairs incurred as a result of, due to, or from abnormal operating conditions (including exposure to acid, chemical fumes, metallic dust, or extreme temperatures), accident, abuse, damage, disaster, misuse, unauthorized alteration, or repair, improper connection with peripherals, electrical fault or utility surge, installation by anyone other than a licensed electrician, or if the Ford Home Charging Product was not installed, operated, or maintained in compliance with the Product’s associated instructions such as but not limited to, the User Guides, Installation Manuals, and Operations Manuals, This warranty does not cover labor costs for product repair or replacement.
TRANSFERABILITY
This limited warranty is non-transferable.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Ford with respect to the Ford Home Charging Product and is in lieu of and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, arising by operation of law or otherwise, including without limitation, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and whether or not Ford’s products are specifically designed and/or manufactured for your use or purpose and all other express and implied warranties for the Ford Home Charging Product, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed, where permitted by law. In no event, will Ford or any of its authorized dealers be liable to you or any third party for any damages in excess of the purchase price of the Ford Home Charging Product. This limitation applies to damages of any kind including any direct or indirect damages, lost profits, lost savings, or other special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages whether for breach of contract, tort or otherwise, or whether arising out of the ability or inability to use the Ford Home Charging Product. Some States or Provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty does not apply when the Ford Home Charging Product is not installed by a licensed electrician. Any evidence of an attempt to disassemble or reverse engineer the Ford Home Charging Product will void the limited warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. This limited warranty is not transferable, except where prohibited by applicable law.
As a condition of this warranty, you are responsible for properly using, maintaining, and caring for your Ford Home Charging Product in accordance with associated instructions such as but not limited to, the User Guides, Installation Manuals, and Operations Manuals. Ford recommends that you maintain copies of any installation or maintenance records and receipts for review by Ford.

Initiating a Warranty Claim for the Ford Connected Charge Station
To initiate a warranty claim and for troubleshooting assistance, please call 1-800-392-3673 and have the following information ready. DO NOT uninstall your charger prior to calling our Customer Relationship Center. To perform troubleshooting, your charger must be installed and connected to power.
- Purchase confirmation number and/or email receipt. Presentation and validation of your purchase confirmation is required to initiate a claim. If you do not have or cannot find your purchase confirmation or email receipt, please let our customer care agents know.
- Charger ID and Access Code. For Ford Connected Charge Stations, the Charger ID and Access Code can be found on the front page of the operation manual that came with the charger or on the inside of the charger’s front designer cover. To temporarily remove the designer cover, grab the cover with two hands and pop the cover from its seated position. The design cover will visibly and audibly snap off.

Initiating a Warranty Claim for the Ford Charge Station Pro

- Charger ID and Access Code. For the Ford Charge Station Pro, the Charger ID and Access Code can be found on the front page of the installation manual that came with the charger or on the inner black cover of the charger behind the white decorative cover. To remove the white decorative cover, use both hands and place your thumbs on the inner black cover and fingers into the hand pulls located on the sides of the unit. Lift the white decorative cover off with your fingers to unsnap it from its seated position.
