Ratings and reviews are provided by customers who have either purchased a vehicle or visited a dealership for service.

How are ratings and reviews collected?

Customers are invited to participate in a survey administered by MaritzCX, an independent, third-party supplier.

Can dealerships edit or remove reviews?

No. Ford personnel and/or dealership personnel cannot modify or remove reviews.

Are reviews modified or monitored before being published?

MaritzCX moderates public reviews to ensure they contain content that meet Review guidelines, such as:

‣No Profanity or inappropriate defamatory remarks

‣Fraud

‣No Personal Identifying information (e.g., customer phone number or email)

‣No Competitor references (e.g., another brand or dealership)

‣Dangerous behavior (e.g. threatening to harm employees or others)

‣Lack of adequate text (e.g., symbols, emoji’s and random letters)

Reviews on the product and not the customer’s Sales or Service experience

Residual Value: The value of the vehicle at the end of the lease used in calculating your Estimated Base Payment.

Estimated Final Balloon Payment: Ford Credit Options is a retail balloon financing plan where you pay lower monthly payment during the course of the transaction (compared to traditional retail financing) and a larger final payment at the end of the term. Then, you can return the vehicle to satisfy the final payment, or keep the vehicle and pay/refinance the final payment. Options to handle final payment: (1) pay the final balloon payment in full and keep your vehicle, (2) refinance the final balloon payment (unless you are in default), or (3) return the vehicle in satisfaction of your final balloon payment and pay any excess wear and use fees, excess mileage fees, disposition fees, and any other amounts due.
