Description
On your vehicle, the side curtain airbag may not properly inflate the cushion when deployed because the inflator contains the incorrect gas mass.
Safety Risk
If the cushion does not properly inflate, the risk of occupant injury in a crash necessitating side curtain airbag deployment increases.
Remedy
Parts are now available to repair your vehicle. Ford Motor Company has authorized your dealer to replace the side air bag free of charge parts and labor.
