FORD CO-PILOT360™ TECHNOLOGY
PRE-COLLISION ASSIST WITH AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING (AEB)
The Pre-Collision Assist feature uses camera technology to detect a potential collision with a vehicle or pedestrian directly in front of you during day or nighttime driving.* It can help reduce the severity of, and in some cases can eliminate, a frontal collision.10
If a potential collision is detected, an alert sound is emitted and a warning message displays in the message center. If your response is not sufficient, Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) will precharge and increase brake-assist sensitivity to provide full responsiveness when you do brake. If you don’t take corrective action and a collision is imminent, brakes can apply automatically.

*Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) can detect pedestrians, but not in all conditions, and does not replace safe driving. See your Owner’s Manual for system limitations.
LANE-KEEPING SYSTEM
It happens. Maybe you’re caught up listening to your favorite podcast but you’ve wandered a little too close to the edge of your lane. The Lane-Keeping System can help you stay in your lane, even during a moment of distraction. This smart feature scans your vehicle’s position between the lines in the road ahead and can alert you if you’re starting to edge out of your lane. Having trouble staying on track? After you’ve drifted a few times, you’ll see a coffee cup icon, letting you know it’s time to take a break. *

*Lane-Keeping System does not control steering. Driver-assist features are supplemental and do not replace the driver’s attention, judgment and need to control the vehicle. It does not replace safe driving.
ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL
Available on select Ford vehicles is a series of Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) features employing advanced radar and camera technology.10
ACC lets you set a cruising speed and distance from the vehicle ahead of you. When it slows down, you automatically do too; when traffic picks back up, you resume your preset speed and distance.

FORWARD COLLISION WARNING
Forward Collision Warning can alert you if it senses a potential collision with a vehicle in front of you. A display flashes on the windshield, and the system provides an audible warning. If you don’t react in time, the brakes will precharge and increase brake-assist sensitivity to provide full responsiveness when you do brake.10

POST-COLLISION BRAKING
This driver-assist feature can potentially lessen the severity of a secondary collision by automatically applying moderate brake pressure when an initial collision event is detected.10

AUTO HIGH-BEAM HEADLAMPS
We’ve all been there. Heading into a pitch-black stretch of road and having to turn on the high beams — then forgetting to turn them off again as oncoming traffic approaches. Now, unlit roads, dark peripheries and other low-visibility situations don’t have to catch you off-guard. Auto High-Beam Headlamps can sense poor lighting conditions and switch on to light your path ahead. They can even sense oncoming headlights and dim automatically so you don’t have to worry about blinding other drivers. So you can keep your focus — and both hands on the wheel.10

BLIND SPOT ASSIST 1.0
Blind Spot Assist 1.0 monitors the driver’s blind spot for vehicles approaching from behind, and can apply counter-steering to warn the driver and discourage a lane change maneuver if a potential collision is detected. It also includes Lane Change Warning and Aid that warns you when a vehicle is in your blind spot or approaching from behind as you change lanes.10
