What are Vehicle Health Alerts?
Vehicle Health Alerts (VHA) can help you keep your vehicle in optimal condition. The data collected for VHA comes directly from your vehicle, which means the alerts provide an up-to-date view of the vehicle's health, including:
- Descriptions of what the alert(s) mean.
- The level of severity.
- Any next steps.
VHA can also be accessed on the FordPass®* App, provided the requirements below are met.
Included Alerts
VHA provide insight into the health of your vehicle across the following categories:
- Powertrain
- Brakes and suspensions
- Restraints and driver assistance
- Checks, fluids, and filters
A comprehensive list of the alerts and their meanings can be accessed via the FordPass App, as well as our VHA Visual Reference Guide.
Note: Recalls and Customer Satisfaction Programs will also appear on FordPass for non-connected vehicles.
