How do I get a duplicate Ford Credit statement?
You can view your Ford Credit billing statements in the Ford Credit Mobile App or by accessing Account Manager. Please note, billing statements are generated 17-20 days before your scheduled due date.
Overview
There are two ways to obtain a duplicate statement by using the Ford Credit Mobile app or Account Manager.
Ford Credit Mobile App
- Download the Ford Credit Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Once the app is downloaded, click Sign In to enter your username and password.
- If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
- If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to “Don’t have an account?” on the login page.
- After you sign in, scroll down on the Home page.
- Under Transaction History, select the View All button.
- Select View Statement in the header for the month you would like to view.
Statements may also be accessed from the Payment Services Screen.
- Follow steps 1-4 above.
- After you sign in, select Payment Services.
- Then select the Statements tile.
- Select the month you would like to view the statement for.
Account Manager Online
- Go to accountmanager.ford.com.
- Click Sign In to enter your username and password.
- If you have a Ford account, use those credentials.
- If you do not have an account, click Create Account next to the Sign In button on the Ford Credit login page.
- Navigate to Transaction History.
- Use the Quick Pick option, or select start and end dates and select Search.
- Select View Statement in the header for the month you would like to view.
What if I cannot find my statement?
If you do not see your statement, look under the month when it was generated.
- Count back 17–20 days from your due date.
- Check that month for your statement.
Tip: If your due date is the 10th of each month, your invoice is under the prior month.
