I am unable to log into the FordPass®* App. What do I do

  • If you recently changed your username in your Ford Account or in the FordPass App, log in using your new username.
  • Try resetting your password.
  • If you are unable to login to the app, tap Forgot? from the FordPass main login screen to contact a Guide for assistance.
  • If you continue to have issues, email a FordGuide at fordpass@ford.com.
