What can I do if I cannot log in to the FordPass®* App?

Check for spelling errors, update your password, or update your app to access FordPass. Use the steps below, in order, for more help.  

  1. Check your email address and current password for spelling errors. 

    Note: Press the eyeball symbol in the password field to view it.  

  2. Reset your password
  3. Confirm you have the latest version of FordPass downloaded.
