* Electric vehicles may not be eligible for purchase at lease-end, please refer to your contract for details.

Decide On Next Steps

As you approach the end of your lease, there are three ways to move forward. No matter where you decide to go, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

Get a New Ford

Visit the online Ford Vehicle Showroom to find your next ride. It may be a good idea to contact your dealer to verify availability and order times.

Purchase My Current Ford

To obtain your vehicle’s purchase price prior to lease-end, login to Account Manager or contact Customer Support. Discuss your vehicle purchase options and the final purchase price, including taxes and other charges, with your originating dealer. Electric vehicles may not be eligible for purchase at lease-end, please refer to your contract for details.

Return My Ford

Complete lease-end transactions by your lease-end date to avoid additional charges as described in your Red Carpet Lease Agreement.

Prepare Your Vehicle

When you return your vehicle, its overall condition will be evaluated to determine if there is any excess wear and use (or chargeable). Identifying excess wear and use before your vehicle return gives you time to process claims for damage covered under your insurance policy or to make any other needed repairs.
Step 1:

Self-Assess Wear and Use

Visit the Wear and Use page and download the Wear and Use Evaluator Card and Checklist to help you assess the condition of your vehicle.

Once you have completed the self-assessment using the wear and use guidelines, you can schedule a complimentary pre-inspection within 60-days of your lease-end date.

Step 3:
