Why are my doors not locking* and unlocking* with FordPass®**?

Use the steps below to troubleshoot the lock and unlock commands with FordPass. 

Important: If your keys are locked inside your vehicle, please contact Roadside Assistance for additional support. 

If Your Doors Fail to Lock

  1. Open and close all doors to ensure that a door was not accidentally left ajar. 
  2. Restart your mobile device and try the command again.
  3. Attempt to lock your doors using your key FOB. 

Note: This is to ensure there is no issue with the vehicle's doors.

If your key FOB works and FordPass does not, please contact a Guide for further assistance.

  1. Check that your modem is activated and you are properly connected to FordPass
