Why are my doors not locking* and unlocking* with FordPass®**?
Use the steps below to troubleshoot the lock and unlock commands with FordPass.
Important: If your keys are locked inside your vehicle, please contact Roadside Assistance for additional support.
If Your Doors Fail to Lock
- Open and close all doors to ensure that a door was not accidentally left ajar.
- Restart your mobile device and try the command again.
- Attempt to lock your doors using your key FOB.
Note: This is to ensure there is no issue with the vehicle's doors.
