How do I use Phone As A Key™* with FordPass^®**?

Important: This is not a standard feature for all vehicles. To use Phone As A Key you must:

• Have FordPass downloaded to your device.
• Have an active FordPass account and be logged in.
• Have a properly equipped vehicle added to FordPass.
• Have either facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, or a passcode set up on your mobile device. 
• Enable your Customer Connectivity Settings (CCS). 
• Authorize your embedded modem.
• Enable your phone's Bluetooth^®***.
• Have a device with Bluetooth version 4.2+.
• Supported mobile device running Android™**** 8.0+ or iOS^®*****13.0+.

After logging in to the FordPass App:

1. Navigate to the Home landing screen. 
2. Under the Remote Command keys you will find the following Phone As A Key controls:
   • Windows Up******
   • Windows Down******
   • Horn & Lights
   • Frunk
   • Trunk*******
3. To begin a request to your vehicle, press, hold, and release on the respective key.
