How do I activate the BlueOval™ Charge Network?

Start your BlueOval Charge Network journey through the FordPass®* Connected Services tile or ford.com. Follow the instructions below to activate your no-fee membership.

Before you can activate the BlueOval Charge Network, you will need to:

Subscribe to the BlueOval Charge Network

Confirm your FordPass experience or use ford.com to activate your BlueOval Charge Network subscription:

FordPass 4.X Experience

To activate your BlueOval Charge Network subscription:

  1. Open the FordPass App.
  2. Tap the Home screen.
  3. Select Account. 
  4. Tap Connected Services. 
  5. Tap the Select button under your electric vehicle (EV). 
  6. Select Activate. 
  7. Tap Next.
  8. Follow the screen prompts to: 
    1. Add your credit card.
    2. Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions. 
  9. Tap Confirm Activation.

FordPass 5.X Experience

To activate your BlueOval Charge Network subscription:

  1. Open the FordPass App.
  2. Select the Vehicle icon.
  3. Tap on Account. 
  4. Select Connected Services.
  5. Tap the Select button under your electric vehicle (EV). 
  6. Select Activate. 
  7. Tap Next.
  8. Follow the screen prompts to: 
  9. Tap Confirm Activation.

To activate your BlueOval Charge Network subscription:

  1. Log in to ford.com.
  2. Click on the Profile icon.
  3. Select [Your Name]'s Account from the dropdown.
  4. Click on Connected Services. Tap the Select button under your electric vehicle (EV) if you have multiple vehicles on your account.
  5. Select Activate under BlueOval Charge Network. 
  6. Tap Next.
  7. Follow the screen prompts to: 
    1. Add your credit card.
    2. Read and Accept the Terms & Conditions. 
  8. Tap Confirm Activation.
