Account Manager FAQs


  • How do I access my account information?

    Visit Account Manager to access account information, such as online payments, account statements, payoff information and more.

  • How do I register for an account?

    Visit the Account Manager registration page to create an account.

  • How do I update my account information?

    To update your account information, such as your address, phone number or email, please visit Account Manager

  • How do I retrieve or change my username or password?

    Visit Account Manager and click on Forgot Username or Password to retrieve your log-in information.

  • How can I request a payment extension/due date change?

    Account Manager will contain a link to apply for a payment extension if you qualify. If you are unable to complete the request online or have additional questions regarding a payment extension or due date change, please contact us.

  • Where can I mail my Ford Credit payoff?

    Account Manager allows you to view your balance and payoff information online (for retail accounts only). Once logged in, you can view the balance on the Overview page. 

     Payoffs for personal/commercial use installments can be mailed to the following address:

  • How do I link my current Ford Account (FordPass or Ford Owner) with Account Manager?

    You can now link your FordPass and/or Ford Owner accounts with your Account Manager account. You must be a registered user of FordPass or Ford Owner and the Account Manager application to link your account.

    To link your accounts, view this video or follow the steps below:

    1.      Access Account Manager website

    2.      Click Sign In 

    3.      You will be prompted to enter the username and password associated to your Ford Account (FordPass or Ford Owner).

    4.      Select Sign In to continue

    5.      Enter your Ford Credit Account Number, last 4 digits of SSN or Tax ID Number (business accounts only) and Last Name or Business Name (business accounts only) as it appears on your contract 

    6.      Read through the Consent to Electronic Communications scroll box and Account Manager Terms & Conditions.  Check the "I have read and agree to the Account Manager Terms and Conditions" checkbox

    7.       Select the Submit Button.

    8.       Congratulations, you have completed Registration!

    You can now navigate between Account Manager, FordPass and Ford Owner using one set of login credentials. Next time you log in you will use your linked [F1] username and password

  • How do I setup my Ford Account (FordPass or Ford Owner) for Ford Credit Account Manager?

    To setup, view  this video  or follow the steps below:

    1.      Access Account Manager. website

    2.     Click Register 

    3.     Enter an email address, which will become the username you will use to login between Ford Owner and FordPass including Account Manager.

    4.     Verify this email address and complete account creation by entering First Name, Last Name and choosing a password.

    5.     Select Continue to Account

    6.     Enter your Ford Credit Account Number, last 4 digits of SSN or Tax ID Number (business accounts only) and Last Name or Business Name (business accounts only) as it appears on your contract

    7.      Click the Link Account button

    8.     Congratulations, you have completed your account setup!

  • How can I set up automatic payments?

    You can set up automatic payments under your profile settings in Account Manager.

  • What payment options does Ford Credit offer?
