How long does it take for points to appear?

Points will be deposited into your account within ten (10) days of the qualifying service transaction and 30 days of the sales transaction. Certain activities may require additional time to validate qualifying transactions.

Contributing factors include:

• Has it been 30 days since your vehicle purchase?
• Have you activated the FordPass^® Connect modem?
• Have you downloaded the app and accepted the terms for both the FordPass^® and the FordPass rewards program?
• Check to see if you do not have any other email addresses used with FordPass or Ford Owner.
